Little Foresters

Little Foresters provides Forest school sessions for pre school families, families that home school and for families in the school holidays.

Forest school is

'an inspirational process, that offers ALL learners regular opportunities to achieve and develop confidence and self-esteem through hands on learning experiences in a woodland or natural environment with trees'

(The Forest School association)

Some examples of activities include den building, climbing trees, working with clay, using tools to make items from wood and cooking our snack on the fire.

We have groups running every other Friday and every other Thursday in term time.

We have just started a home school monthly Wednesday afternoon session.

Our Facebook page Little foresters details our events.

Sessions must be booked onto due to the nature of the activities we run in terms of health and safety.

These sessions have a charge.
